There’s talk that districts will use the state budget cuts as an excuse to let go of existing teachers and replace them with first year teachers, all in efforts to reduce payroll.  In addition, new laws to be passed, called mandate relief, will further support districts in their efforts to bring in new teachers.

New teachers are saying that they are eager and ready to step up to the plate to prove themselves. This can be your year!
